TRAINING & CONSULTING
Supporting the Professionalisation of Rural Businesses
For more than 20 years, we've worked alongside farmers, agribusinesses and regional employers to improve strategy & clarity, simplify workplace health and safety, strengthen teams and build businesses that are better prepared for the future. We've been on more than 600 farms across six Australian states, so we understand the realities of regional workplaces and know that solutions need to be practical, relevant and achievable.

Founded by Rebecca Fing, House Paddock was built on a simple belief: That the "people" side of a farming business as as important as the "paddock" but it shouldn't be unnessaciliary complicated and the connect between the two are paramount.

Today, we deliver practical training, consulting and leadership programs that help agricultural businesses improve compliance, develop confident leaders and create positive workplace cultures.

Whether you're taking your first steps towards better systems or looking to strengthen an established business, we're here to provide clear advice, practical tools and ongoing support every step of the way.

Our approach combines industry experience with genuine partnerships. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or unnecessary paperwork. Instead, we work alongside our clients to understand their business, identify opportunities and deliver support that creates real change, not just another box to tick.

Because when people are supported with the right knowledge, confidence and systems, safer farms, stronger teams and more resilient regional businesses naturally follow.

" Bec Fing and her team at House Paddock Training and Consulting bring strong WHS and HR expertise to the rural sector, ensuring projects are professional, efficiently, and in line with client expectations "
