Today, we deliver practical training, consulting and leadership programs that help agricultural businesses improve compliance, develop confident leaders and create positive workplace cultures.
Whether you're taking your first steps towards better systems or looking to strengthen an established business, we're here to provide clear advice, practical tools and ongoing support every step of the way.
Our approach combines industry experience with genuine partnerships. We don't believe in one-size-fits-all solutions or unnecessary paperwork. Instead, we work alongside our clients to understand their business, identify opportunities and deliver support that creates real change, not just another box to tick.
Because when people are supported with the right knowledge, confidence and systems, safer farms, stronger teams and more resilient regional businesses naturally follow.
After more than 20 years working alongside farmers, producers and regional businesses, Bec has built a reputation for delivering practical, approachable solutions that work in the real world, not just on paper. Through House Paddock, she has worked on more than 600 farms across six states, delivering training, facilitation and capability programs to thousands of participants throughout regional Australia. Known for her down-to-earth style and deep understanding of regional business pressures, Bec focuses on helping people simplify systems, build confidence and take meaningful action. Her work is grounded in the belief that progress comes from achievable implementation, not overwhelming compliance processes. Bec has worked with government, industry and private organisations including NSW Department of Primary Industries, Cotton Australia, Dairy Australia, Local Land Services and Canegrowers, delivering both face-to-face and online programs across WHS, HR, leadership and business capability.
